Job Description

  • Participate in the product discovery process to determine appropriate solutions to our users' problems
  • Design and conduct all kinds of experiments to validate hypotheses
  • Generate practical strategies to gather user feedback
  • Design pleasant, easy to use interfaces that also contribute to company goals
  • Interpret data, transform it into insights and propose improvements based on them
  • Design congruently with the brand, audience and implementation platform
  • Stay up-to-date with industry, competition, best practices, and UX methodologies
  • Put the user at the center of the conversation
  • Team up with designers, product managers, developers, data analysts, marketers, and other non-technical roles
  • Clearly present and argue your proposals to all types of profiles
  • Manage the roadmap and delivery times committed to stakeholders
  • Ensure product quality and follow up on the metrics that you are trying to improve


  • Design or Visual Communications education background (does not need to be graduated), people with other backgrounds can apply if they have the skills below.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
  • Design portfolio demonstrating strong design skills, with at least one detailed process.
  • Proficiency in design software, especially Sketch.
  • Proficiency in any prototyping tool, such as InVision, Marvel, Flinto, etc.
  • Impeccable eye for design details, always focusing on delivering great design quality.
  • Good understanding of web accessibility, responsive design and mobile-first strategies.
  • Good understanding of modern web languages and tools, such as HTML, CSS, JQuery and frameworks.
  • Excellent knowledge of UX processes
  • Direct experience in the entire process of a user test
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand user needs and provide creative solutions.
  • Experience in experimentation
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Additional Information

Skills and Qualifications - nice to have

  • Experience or knowledge in basic coding (e.g. HTML and CSS).
  • Experience or knowledge in data tools, like Google Analytics.
  • Experience or knowledge in A/B testing tools, like Google Optimize and Optimizely.
