Job Description

We are looking for a FP&A profile with experience in ERP implementations to join an organization that’s embarking upon a significant transformation. This role is pivotal to support FP&A current processes as well as to participate in the new ERP implementation, ensuring that the new processes and systems support the local business needs in the most efficient way possible. This role must guarantee the continuity of operations after the new ERP Goes, Live providing support both for business and cross areas. Being based in Barcelona, the individual will report to the Finance Function and will be part of a team of 15 people, focused on tracking financial performance as well as guiding on the decision making and strategy set, by providing forecasts and analysis for both Spain Management Team and Headquarters.

The position would be hired until the end of 2022, with high possibilities to extent.

Qualifications

Your main tasks will be:

Support the ERP implementation, specially the controlling modules:

  • Analysis of the current ERP model and To Be model and support Fit Gap analysis phase .

  • Identify, plan and monitor the processes that will remain locally to be adapted to the new ERP model. 

  • Ensure the correct  information mapping and transition from current model to new model.

  • Participate in the migration phase and guarantee the reliability of the information.

  • Challenge the models to gain data availability, increase analysis capabilities, increase efficiency.

  • Perform communication and change management activities

Support the FP&A Team on the Business As Usual, especially from the systems point of view, but also on adhoc analyses, monthly closing reviews, adhoc reportings, ….

Additional Information

 Education and experience:

  • Have a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Bachelor BSc degree or Master degree  in Finance, Economy or Business-related study.

  • Computer literate with advanced level of Office Suite and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides,...) advanced level of Navision and Oracle.

  • Knowledge of SAP. Knowledge of Navision is a plus

  • Knowledge of Oracle. Knowledge of OneStream is a plus

  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Qlick, Tableau,...)

  • Be fluent in Spanish & English.
