Job Description
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting 12-month fixed term role available in our Accounts Receivable Team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role supporting customer queries through sales force and managing inbound communications including remittances, invoice queries and credit card payments.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing detailed customer statements
- Investigating and resolving customer payment allocation issues
- Managing customer payment plans
- Partnering with our Key Account Managers and billing specialist to thoroughly investigate accounts – understanding if credits are due.
- Other duties as required
