Early Careers Programme - Trainee Track

Our Early Careers Programme helps talents kick-start their careers and develop skills for success. There are four core tracks and all participants have access to tailored training and development, as well as an established Early Careers network. In Germany we offer the Trainee Track in the fields of Tech, Product, UX Design, Analytics, Advertising or Marketing.

The 24-months-long Trainee Track is designed for graduates and career changers. Based on your choice, you will specialise in your profession throughout rotations at mobile.de, eBay Kleinanzeigen and Adevinta and various teams in Berlin, Dreilinden and either Amsterdam or Barcelona. A personal mentor and an individual development and learning track will help you find our career path.
